Payment and cautionary deposit
At the time of reservation a sum equal to 25% of the final total must be sent by bank transfer or postal order. When this payment arrives, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the reservation and check-in procedures.
Final settlement in cash is obligatory, directly on arrival at the flat.
Prices
Prices, in euro, including bed linen and towels (for stays of more than two weeks a change of linen/towels is included), pots and pans and use of kitchen are also included.
Arrivals and departures
Check-in upon arrival usually takes place from 15.00 hours. In case of necessity, only through prior arrangement with the owner of the flat and depending on the availability of the flat, arrangement can be made to fix an earlier time or to deposit luggage.
Check-out has to take place before 11.00 hours on the day of departure.
