Payment and cautionary deposit
At the time of reservation a sum equal to 30% of the final total must be sent by Bank transfer or Moneygram. When this payment arrives, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the reservation and check-in procedures.
Final settlement in cash is obligatory, directly on arrival at the flat.
Prices
Prices, in euro, including bed linen and towels (for stays of more than two weeks a change of linen/towels is included), pots and pans and use of kitchen are also included.
Price changes
Prices shown are subject to an increase of 25% at Easter, Christmas and New Year periods.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in upon arrival usually takes place from 1:00 PM hours. In case of necessity, only through prior arrangement with the owner of the flat and depending on the availability of the flat, arrangement can be made to fix an earlier time or to deposit luggage.
Check-out has to take place before 11.00 AM hours on the day of departure.

Once the availability is confirmed, if you accept our offer and wish to confirm reservations, you will have 48 hours in which to make a first payment.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the entire sum will be forfeited.
Final cleaning
There will be an additional charge of Euro 35,00, payable on departure, for electricity and gas, linen, towels and final cleaning of the flat.
